Housing discrimination is illegal throughout the state of Connecticut. It is against the law to deny anyone housing based on:

  • Sex
  • Ancestry
  • Religion
  • Children or Family Status
  • Mental or physical disability
  • Marital Status
  • Age (except minors)
  • Sexual Orientation
  • Legal Source of Income
