Whether you own one apartment or manage 500, whether you sell houses or provide financing, the state and federal fair housing laws apply to you. The Connecticut Fair Housing Center has training programs for housing providers which explain the fair housing laws, give updates on the latest fair housing court decisions, and answers questions about fair housing issues that have arisen during the course of your housing business.
The Center can also provide training in response to a court order or agreement in a fair housing discrimination case as well as train on specific issues like compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
If you need to know more about the fair housing laws and the Connecticut Fair Housing Center’s fair housing training for housing providers, click on the training brochure below.
